Is lunch included in the price?

No. Due to the changing needs of everyone’s diet, lunch is not included. However at every stop of your Niagara falls tours there is food readily available to purchase and consume. This makes your tour much less expensive because tour group lunches are usually overpriced. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own lunch on board.

How much free time do we have at the Falls?

Our tour, if run to perfection, allows up to three hours of free time at the Falls. It is impossible to account for traffic or late passengers. With that said, you will always have a minimum of two hours of free time. Most often it’s somewhere in the middle.

What should we do with our free time at the Falls?

There are several options to enjoy… Visit the casino, Table Rock (The Brink), Clifton Hill (Amusement), have lunch, relax, and take photos. If none are of interest to you, please ask your guide and he can point you in a direction right for you.

Is the tip/gratuity for the guide included in the price?

No, if you enjoyed your day and were pleased with the service, a gratuity between 10%-15% of your tour total is customary. Your tip is not mandatory, but is greatly welcomed and appreciated.

Will the tour go into the USA?

No, our all-day tour stays in Canada 100%.

What method of payments do we accept?

Cash and all major Credit Cards are accepted.

Can I pay for my tour directly on your website?

Yes! You can book your tour on our Niagara Falls Day Tour From Toronto page.

What happens when Hornblower boat cruise is not running?

Skylon Tower is used as an alternate attraction. There are many reasons the Hornblower Boat cruise could be unavailable such as ice during the winter, extreme heat in the summer, or rising water levels in the Niagara River during the spring & autumn seasons.
