Our tour will be observing 'social distance seating' for the remainder of the 2020 calendar year, rest assured you will not be crammed into a full bus. Pickup is available at four convenient downtown locations, as well as one central location for Pearson airport hotels.
Drop-off is available at your pick-up point, or discuss other options with your driver the day of your Niagara Falls tour.

No. Due to the changing needs of everyone’s diet, lunch is not included. However at every stop of your Niagara falls tours there is food readily available to purchase and consume. This makes your tour much less expensive because tour group lunches are usually overpriced. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own lunch on board.
You are under no obligation to partake in the wine tasting. The winery will be pleased to offer a non-alcoholic alternative. If you wish to not participate at all you are welcome to explore their magnificent facility while taking pictures and asking questions to their friendly and courteous staff. The legal age for alcohol consumption in Ontario is 19.
Our tour, if run to perfection, allows up to three hours of free time at the Falls. It is impossible to account for traffic or late passengers. With that said, you will always have a minimum of two hours of free time. Most often it’s somewhere in the middle.
There are several options to enjoy… Visit the casino, Table Rock (The Brink), Clifton Hill (Amusement), have lunch, relax, and take photos. If none are of interest to you, please ask your guide and he can point you in a direction right for you.
No, if you enjoyed your day and were pleased with the service, a gratuity between 10%-15% of your tour total is customary. Your tip is not mandatory, but is greatly welcomed and appreciated.
